TICON buys land on the more popular industrial estates and parks in Thailand, and develops ready-built factory buildings of 1,000 to 6,000 sq.m. By developing ahead of demand, TICON will have factories of a variety of sizes in a variety of locations, either completed or coming up for completion, thereby enabling the customer to be in production fast.
The standard lease is 3 years, so the customer does not need to make a long-term commitment, or have disposal/termination costs when it is time to move or expand. We also provide a number of support services such as obtaining land use and operation licenses, utilities connections at the customer's required capacity, and obtaining and renewing Work Permits for the customer's expatriate staff. This makes TICON a one-stop-shop for manufacturing start-ups.
